Recruitment
Manage applicant tracking system, Jazz (formerly The Resumator), of over 8000 resumes for over 400 jobs including posting job announcements, tracking metrics, and utilizing job boards. Lead social media marketing and recruitment.
Training
Design and develop mandatory e-learning, "Human Service Worker Safety," to be taken by more than 46,000 employees. Design and present trainings and job aids on various technical projects and processes to less tech-savvy coworkers.
Optimization
Able to recognize ineffective practices and policies. Propose and enact more effective and efficient alternatives.
Writing
Write, organize, edit, and distribute weekly secretariat newsletter "TGIF" with circulation of over 23,000. Contribute monthly to "Dimensions" (diversity magazine) on topics including intergenerational workplaces, irreligious tolerance, and hair color myths and stereotypes.
Communication
Enjoy conversing with candidates throughout the recruitment process such as informational interviews, job search seminars, and career fairs.  Collaborates effectively with colleagues in one-on-one and in group settings.
